Artist's Description
This is a digital detail of an off-shoot of a spider plant purchased about three years ago at the Jackson Pollock and Lee Krasner Studio and House Museum near East Hampton, Long Island. The organic and linear imagery relate to Pollock's and Krasner's paintings. The plant is an off-shoot from the spider plants that Lee Krasner cared for in her sunny windowed bay in her kitchen.
About Dick Sauer
